Cooking Course in Tuscany

Chef Chandra Sina has designed a number of courses to accommodate various needs. His presentation of the lessons includes the following:
- Guests will have the chance to ‘break the ice’ and meet with each other over a wine tasting with local starters and to experience new flavours of Tuscany.
- Our guests will be divided into small groups to prepare different dishes that will later be served for dinner or lunch. Chef Chandra Sina will oversee the lesson and provide friendly guidance.
- Preparation and tasting of an aperitif and local produce
- Descriptions of the key ingredients and other basic elements of Italian cuisine
- Every step of a typical Italian meal, from aperitif to dessert, will be thoroughly explained and practiced by the chef and guests, reviewing every ingredient and choosing all the right wines to taste and to match the different courses
- Daily menu presentations and an explanation of the wines from the surrounding area, that have been chosen by the sommelier to compliment each meal.
Lessons time table :
Morning: 09.30 to 12.30 - class plus lunch
Evening: 16.30 to 19.30 - class plus dinner.
